Dear Parents and Carers
We have just received notification from Oxfordshire County Council that they are unfortunately having to increase the price of school meals from September 2019 to £2.30. This increase will be on ParentPay from the 1st September.
Due to building works taking place in the school canteen during the school holidays and continuing into the first two weeks of the school term hot lunches will not be available these first two weeks to Friday 13th September. Packed lunches as per the menu on the reverse of this letter will be available to be ordered in the normal way you would order hot lunches if you require a school meal.
Please also note that all school meal accounts should be maintained in a credit balance, as per our School Meals Charging and Arrears Policy. This is available on our website for your information. Any pupil whose account is not in credit after being sent reminders for payment will not be allowed to continue having school lunches until their account is back in credit.
We would also just like to remind you that Breakfast Club fees will be increasing to £5.75 and Afterschool Club fees to £11.25 from 1st September 2019.
