Admissions Arrangements at Botley School

If you are interested in a place for your child starting school for the first time at Botley School then please contact us to speak to a member of staff or look out for adverts in the local press about our open afternoons, 'Stay and Play' sessions and parent tours. In order to apply for a place, you will need to complete the application process via the Local Authority, Oxfordshire County Council as they manage all the admissions process on behalf of Botley School.   

Reception entry in 2025 will be open to all children born between 1st September 2020 and 31st August 2021. The number of admissions for the academic year commencing 1st September 2025 is 30.  Applications should be made via Oxfordshire County Council.  The closing date for applications is January 15th 2025. Please contact the Local Authority regarding any late applications.

A most recent consultation on the admissions policy was completed in February 2024. A consultation must take place within a 7 year period. The next consultation will be completed by February 2031.
