School Meals
School lunches are priced at £2.55 per day (as of 1 September 2024) and these must be paid for in advance.
Please pay online via ParentPay. All accounts must be kept with a credit balance.
If your child has any allergies please inform the school as soon as possible and complete the Medical Diet Application form below if a special diet is required.
Packed lunches should be as healthy as possible – we do not allow sweets, chocolate or sweetened and fizzy drinks.
All pupils in reception, year 1 and year 2 are entitled to receive a free school meal. However, it is important that you still check if your child is eligible for free school meals to ensure the school receives extra funds through Pupil Premium. The school may be able to claim an additional £1,320 to support learning and development within the school. If you are in receipt of any of the following your child may be eligible for Pupil Premium.
Income Support
Income-based Jobseekers Allowance
Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
National Asylum Seekers Support
the guarantee element of State Pension Credit
Child Tax Credit only (with no element of Working Tax Credit) with an annual income of up to £16,190
Working Tax Credit run-on
Universal Credit (income dependent)
Or if your child:
Has been in local-authority care for 1 day or more in England or Wales
Has been adopted from care in England or Wales
Has left care under a special guardianship order or residence order in England or Wales.
Please complete the Pupil Premium form below or come and talk to us in reception if you would like us to check if you are eligible.
KS2 pupils could also be eligible for a free school meal if you are in receipt of any of the above and will also be entitled to Pupil Premium for the school. It costs nothing to apply but could save you money and gain extra funding for the school.
