We welcome families to visit Botley School to see our learning in action. We hold regular open afternoons, 'Stay and Play' sessions, and parent tours. If you are interested in a place, please contact the school office to arrange a visit.
How to Apply
Reception Class (Starting School)

For children born between 1st September 2021 and 31st August 2022.

Admissions for Reception are managed centrally by Oxfordshire County Council.

Deadline: The closing date for September 2025 entry was 13th January 2026. Late applications must be made directly through the County Council.
Nursery Admissions

For children aged 3 and 4.

In-Year Transfers

For children moving schools during the academic year.

All in-year transfers are coordinated by Oxfordshire County Council.
