This week's suggested English activities are:

• Create a rocket shape poem! Visit our 'Books to share' page in this week's theme to see a selection of space poems to inspire you.
• Write a postcard from outer space! There's a template below for you to use.
• Investigate the solar system, planets, galaxies and create an information poster to present what you have found out.
• Write a description of an alien - you could also go on to create them! (ideas to help in the Make and Do activities page, also on books to share Beegu)
• Write descriptive phrases inspired by the images taken by the Hubble Telescope below. Can you arrange your descriptive phrases to create a free verse poem? 
• What would you do if you went to the moon? Write a descriptive piece saying what you would do.
