It's that time of year again 🎄 Botley Bridges is working with local food charities to provide Christmas Hampers for local families.
If you would like to apply for one, you can do so in the following ways:- ● https://botleyhampers22.web.app/ ● Downloading a form from the Botley Bridges website and e- mailing to secretary@botleybridges.org ● Completing a form and handing in to your school or pre-school – schools will have hard copies available. We are looking to our local community to spread some Christmas cheer. Can you donate? ● Tea/Coffee/Hot Chocolate/Squash/Soft Drinks (no alcohol please) ● Fresh fruit or veg ● Christmas treats ● Jam/Marmalade/Honey/Syrups ● Tins or Jars - Fruit/Tuna/Baked Beans/Pasta Sauces/Soup ● Bread/Crackers/Oats/Breakfast Cereals/Rice/Pasta We are also hoping to include some small (stocking filler) gifts in the hampers. Can you donate? (please leave these unwrapped so we can best match them to the recipients) ● For Adults o Toiletries/Warm Socks/Blankets/Hot Water Bottles ● For Children o Bubbles/activity books/small craft sets/small construction sets o Books (for a variety of ages) o Cards/Cards Games o Toiletries Donations can be dropped off at St Peter and St Pauls Church Hall, Botley on Wednesday 21st from 9-6pm. If you cannot drop off at these times please email secretary@botleybridges.org to arrange an alternative venue and time.Join us for one of our popular Parent/Carer First Aid courses at either West Oxford Community Centre on Monday 21 November from 1-3pm or Botley School on Monday 28 November from 6-8pm. Just £25 per person or £45 for a couple. Payment on the day of the course by card or cash.

Do you have children aged 0-5 years? Would you like a more harmonious family life? Join us for our four week Early Years Family Links course at the Seacourt Hall starting on Thursday 10 March 7pm-9pm. £20 per person (concessions available).

NEW GROUP - 1-3's workshops
Do you have a child aged 1-3 years? come along with your child and join our new workshop sessions on Wednesday afternoons at Seacourt Hall (access from the rear door) beginning on Wednesday 29 June. There will be 4 sessions in total with an emphasis on speech and language.
You can book to attend all four sessions or just one or two if you like. The sessions are designed to be mini workshops to share ideas to try at home with your child. There will be a weekly group discussion, idea sharing, a relevant activity, a story and group singing as well as a handout to take home to cover that specific session. Stay and Play sessions have moved from Botley School to Seacourt Hall from 17th January until 4th April. This is to give more space indoors and to help with social distancing.
Meetings are on Mondays from 9.30am until 11.30am
First Aid Courses
We are delighted to be able to offer our face to face First Aid courses for parents/carers courses again.
These will be delivered by the fabulous Jen from Thames Training who has many years of experience - Jen makes the course fun, interactive and informative. We have two different times to choose from at two different venues (car parking available at both locations). The cost is £25 per person or £45 per couple. This is an invaluable course and we would highly recommend that you sign up so you know what to do in an emergency.Saturday Family Fun Sessions
We are delighted to be working in partnership with the lovely team at The Kings Centre on Osney Mead to run some Saturday Family Fun Sessions.
The first session will be Saturday 5 February 10-11.30am. Just £3 per family or whatever you can afford (cash and cards accepted). Teas, coffees and snacks are available too. Other sessions will be held on Saturday 5 March and Saturday 2 April. The sessions are designed for those with children aged 0-11 so do come down and see us. Plenty of free carparking outside. FABULOUS NEWS! The Health Visitors are returning to Botley Bridges for Well Baby Clinic.
This will now be a monthly session and will take place on a Friday morning alongside the Baby Group in Seacourt Hall from 10-12noon. You can get your baby weighed and speak to the Health Visitors about any concerns or questions you may have. You must book in with your Health Visitor directly.
They will be with us on Friday 26th November
Don't forget that there are still spaces available for the weekly Baby Group which is suitable for non-mobile babies - this is a lovely chance to meet other local families, learn new songs to sing with your baby, discover simple activities to aid baby's development and join in discussions during our weekly topic.
